Tejon Ranch partners with The Hen’s Roost to launch monthly market nights, The Market at Tejon, featuring local farmers, food, and live music
TEJON RANCH, CA — OUTLETS AT TEJON is thrilled to announce the launch of its new monthly farmers market nights, The Market at Tejon, in partnership with The Hen’s Roost, founded by local market curator Jackie Allen. The first event will take place Saturday, November 1, from 4–8 p.m., welcoming families, friends, and foodies to experience an evening of community, flavor, and fun surrounded by Tejon’s scenic rolling hills.
The market will feature over 25 vendors offering farm-fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and delicious prepared foods, along with a live local musician to set the evening vibe. Guests can shop, dine, and unwind, whether browsing the Outlets at Tejon, picking up unique market finds, or simply enjoying a relaxed night out under the stars. The event is pet-friendly and designed for everyone to enjoy, from nearby mountain communities to the greater Bakersfield area.
Jackie Allen, who organizes several of Bakersfield’s most beloved markets, including the popular Haggin Oaks Market, brings her signature lineup of local and Los Angeles-area vendors to this new destination. “We’re excited to bring together local farmers, artisans, and families for something that feels special,” Allen said. “The Market at Tejon will be a beautiful blend of community and countryside.”
The farmers market nights, The Market at Tejon, will continue every first Saturday of the month, offering an ongoing opportunity to gather, shop, and connect.
